ok I used to be able to find just about anything on this site but its gotten so big its hard to look stuff up... can someone tell me what size Uni pod filter or emgo pod filter to use for the ear shave?.. I had all of this wrote down at one time but have moved since.:doh:

The emgo filter will not do the job if you want to be able to go into the red line. The problem with them is that the rubber that goes onto the carb is shaped a bit like a funnel and it cover the air flow into the carbs. This keeps the air from lifting the fuel needle off of it's seat.
The filters that I had to get are k&n part number rc-2340. I got them from amazon.com.

They look too big to fit under the fuel tank. As it is you will have to raise the fuel tank about 1/2" at rear to get the k&n to fit.

The PK-92's ARE the ones you want! The carb opening diameter is 2.15" or 55mm. The Uni filters are supposedly better for rainy weather....compared to the K&N's......that's what some people say.
