You could probably modify a fender to fit the front, but the rear would be just about impossible, unless you are a professional custom bike builder. The rear fender has a very complex shape, which you can see if you remove the seat. There are 2 many attachment points which have to be in exactly the right place. For the rear, your best bet by far would be to modify the stock fender. And even better would be to simply by an 800 Drifter (IF you can find one)

Check the fenders for a Vulcan 800 Classic. Rear is a full fender and both front and rear are skirted more than the 750, but not as much as the Drifter's.
