$6k is a bit stiff for a 350. 2k over MSRP is too, but they get away with it.
Visited the Harley/Royal Enfield dealer today
I was looking to test ride the new Royal Enfield Hunter. Nice looking bike, but they were sold out in a week!
Sales said they're $6100 before tax and license. I asked why? The RE US website says the MSRP is $4195? He walked away. 😞

Royal Enfield is a classy brand. But for that money I'd lean towards a KLR650 fuel injection.
