This weekend I learned the importance of monitoring your tire pressure.
I was riding Friday night after work (better therapy then a shrink) and I noticed that when I’d go into a curve at 35 or 40 mph the back end would feel squishy and loose (very unnerving) as soon as I got home I checked the tire pressure and found that the front was at 23 psi and the back was at 20. I’d checked the pressure just a couple of weeks ago and didn’t expect that they’d loose so much so quickly. No accidents or incidents but I learned not to overlook this in the future. I run the usual inspection before I ride (TCLOCS) but just did a visual not a pressure check on the tires. OK, novice mistake and not one I’ll make again but I was really surprised what a difference it made.

OK, Story’s over back to your lives citizens. ;)

Good advice, I need to take it myself cause I don't check everytime only about once a month... Gonna check my tire pressure before I ride this afternoon... (on my part I think I am just too darn lazy)
Thanks and have a good one...Old Dog...
