Why are you asking? Do you have some Tube type tires that you want to run on the bike? Are you sure they are in fact Tube type, or are they marked tube or tubeless? I believe I've read that tubeless tires have a much stronger bead than tube type tires so if the tire in question is strictly a tube type, I would probably avoid it. Most tires on spoke rims are marked tube or tubeless, which means it can be used with or without a tube depending on the requirements of the rim. There are still a few tube only tires produced though...

Another issue is when they cast the wheel they likely were not too concerned making the inside real smooth as they knew it was a tubeless wheel. That could mean there are some sharp edges that will tear up a tube if you install one.

There are no good reasons to run a tube in a tubeless tire, and I would suggest not running a tube in a tubeless wheel...and avoid using "tube type" tires also.
