So I bought this new fly swatter for my work truck cause I cant go anywhere without a fly manuvering his way into my a/c... I killed my first one today with it, super sweet I tell you. Its any mans toy, and partys conversational piece, perfect gift for anyone.

When I hit the fly on the passengers seat, the fly actually got hit soo hat that he bounced back into my seat and I sat on it looking for it in the back seat floorboard....

All I can say is you gota have one and it friggin works....:beerchug:

You know there's a place here for ..... Uh. Hmmm. You should put "unrelated" posts .....ummmm...

Im glad you said that because i couldnt find "that place"... So when I saw..
"General discussion for the VN750/700
Isn't specific to one of the other forums?
Here's the place to post it"

I saw the 2nd and 3rd line and figured Id go ahead and post and take the lashing... I just had to share...

Perhaps maybe if I label it a VN750 Flyshooter it could be considered general discussion... I mean, how cool would it be to be sitting at a stop light shooting fly's. Not that its common where Im from but them pesky mosquitos are always flying around!

beat me to it lol

That thing seems fun, but also seems like you would break stuff if used in the house lol. I just hit them mid-air with a standard fly swatter :)

Very nice!!! Ill make sure I get it there next time...

Why is it called "The Goat's Belly"? Is it cause it doesnt have to do with VN's so no one really wants it there?

If you had one of these, you would throw your fly swatter away.... its like playing cowboys and indians as a kid but youre actually grown and you can really use a real gun per say!

Avoiding the post thing again....

I like to give the flies a "sporting chance".... So I use large rubber bands. Oddly after a few years of bug hunting, I have gotten quite deadly with the off the finger launched rubber band....able to take out a fly from a good 10 feet.

The Fly Gun looks to be to slow and not powerful enough at these ranges.

At close range, my Ninja like swiftness usually allows me to take the out with my bare hand...;)

Within 4-5 feet his Ninja like swiftness combined with his blade should allow him to decapitate the little beggars!;)

There's this old western movie, where a cowboy, Charles Bronson?, is sitting at a campfire with a Samurai. A large fly keeps buzzing in on them and the Samurai swiftly pulls his sword..slashes it out to one side, and quickly re-sheaths it into it's scabbard.

A moment passes, and the fly buzzes the cowboy.... who then says:
"You missed it."

The Samurai replies:
" it is wrong to kill needlessly. I did not miss... The fly will father no children now"

I'm thinking using that in the cage is like being on the phone; fun, but just something else that takes your attention away from driving.
