How many miles can I expect to get out of my tires? Freeway riding only.

I guess it depends on what tires you have. On my stock tires, I got about 15K from my back, and I'm still going on my front (17.5K)

>>>>>I guess it depends on what tires you have<<<,

The bike is a 2005. It has the standard Bridgestone tires that came on the new bike.

To be honest with ya, I've never really payed attention to what kind of mileage the tires get.
Once they look like they need changed, I change 'em.
The only thing I really remember about mileage is when/where I hit 12345.6
I don't remember where I was when I got to 23456.7, but I am coming up to 34567.8

My stock tires got low at about 10K, then I switched to Metzler 880's best move I ever did

I changed my tires at 5000, they were wore enough for me to get another set.I may be running the bike to hard.I put on some bridgestone spitfire S11"s.They handle so much better that I'm running the bike even harder, without noticing the difference(she carves up the curves):BLAM:
