Because it beats 8th, 9th, and 10th, and matches 7th.

So true. My son on the VN has gone head to head with several of those reviewed bikes and has easily walked away from them.

Not so with the Rebel in sport mode. Those puppies are quick!
Yes, the big Boulevard might get to 106 or whatever but the VN would be long gone by the time it got there. If John Deere made a bike, that would be it.

Isn’t that list “new” bikes? I’m sure the VN was on that list when it was published during its run. They put things like this out every year
The Honda Rune was only made in 2003 and/or 2004. During the VN750's production run.

On this list, the 750 would make #4 on the list!

I didn’t dig into it. But I’ve seen some flat out love letters written about the 750. When I bought my bike, all I wanted was something big enough that I wouldn’t what to trade up in a year but could still manage parking it outside my house. I didn’t realize I was buying a cult hero lol. I started reading more after I bought it to learn about it and I realized I made a uneducated but lucky pick.

That was a great article, so true I think if they introduced it again, I think people would buy it assuming they made the changes to the stater and a few other things

I heard rumor Kawasaki is bringing back the Eliminator series to compete with the Rebels. They failed once, we shall see.

Asking a lot
Before the Vulcan 700, there was the 750 Spectre. Also made the 550 and 1100 Spectre. If you see one for sale, grab it! Very rare, shaft, triple disk, air front and rear. The 1100 was sweet. Those inline 4's were indestructible. Same cast wheels as our VN's.
