I have a question, what side does the idle adjustment screw come out on? I'll elaborate when I get an answer

From the factory, the idle adjustment extension knob is mounted to the carb on the left side just as Spockster said.

Melissa Fayhe has hers on the right. When I first bought her, everything was in boxes but the bare motor, wire harness, and wheels. I put her together like a puzzle and with help from everyone here close to twelve years ago, then swapped everything over to an 86 frame about three years later. And ran her pretty hard. So, apparently, you can run a vn750 with the carbs on backwards...

Do the throttle cables come out the right side? The carb assembly may be on correctly, but the idle adjustment screw might be able to be mounted on the right side if needed.
