ive just recently resurrected a 95. ive noticed a high pitched squeal on the right side, it is intermediate, but worrisome. it only happens occasionally and a blip of the throttle can make it go away..........??????

Could be something as simple as a loose heat shield on the exhaust, or other loose bolt somewhere.
That's the first thing I'd check.
Not a bad idea to check all the bolt/nuts as well as electrical connections every once in awhile anyhow.

If there is a chrome tube about a half inch in diameter that makes a 90 degree bend there is a water pump on that side

My experience with the water pump bearing had the noise mostly occurring at idle (Or maybe I could just mostly hear it at idle).
