I remember a thread where a couple people said the killswitch on the kickstand didnt work or didnt do anything. It seems to kill the bike when it is in gear and you go to let the clutch out. mine works.
just thought I would clear that up!

Yes, that is what it is supposed to do... Safety, safety switches I guess they are good but if you start to depend on them they can get you killed...
Years ago I had a small outboard engine Merc. 6hp that the starter rope would lock up if it wasn't in neutral and I got the habit of just pulling on the rope and it would start if in nuteral if it didn't start I put it in neutral... Well one day I pulled the rope and it started but was in gear and dang near threw me over the transom...lol... I guess what I am trying to say is don't let the safety switches make you get bad habits...lol...
