Is it correct that the jet needle on a Vulcan A2 1986 have only one position ?

Yes, though they can be adjusted up by using shims

I would like to get a richer mixture so I gues, that the needle most go down?
Down makes it leaner, because the needle is tapered. Adding a shim lifts it up, makes it richer. The needle reaches the narrow part of the taper sooner. Edit: The narrow part of the needle allows more fuel to flow past, so adding a shim pulls the narrow section higher.
