I am pushing 300 lbs and my wife is about 145. We have taken overnight trips with a loaded pack on the back. with no problems. I can't hardly tell she's back there. Dial up the preload on your rear shocks to 4 and make sure the air chambers are filled. You should do fine.

Get a smaller fiance....or diet...

Seriously, the GVWR or whatever it is called for the bike says not to exceed 450 lbs. This is due to the tires of course not the bike itself.
You can pretty much load the bike up as much as you want, but you do risk damaging the tire or wearing it unevenly.

You may have seen photos of riders in Asia that have more or less built an entire house on their little scooters...so overloading a bike does not mean it will explode or something...

Keep the tires inflated to their "high" limit..32 rear and 30 front I think for stock tires...If you ride two up often you might want to get some heavy duty shocks, otherwise fill the stock ones with about 35 lbs of air (eash) and avoid pot holes.....

What PSI should I fill the rear shocks? I my wife and I each weigh 200 pounds. I've dialed up to preset 4 and the shocks are stiffer...what does the added air pressure do for me?

she's gonna push you up on the tank.
Agreed. I'm 6'1" 235-ish and have ridden with my 14 year old son on the back, 6' and 185 pounds... VERY uncomfortable ride. I was straddling the tank and my back ached for a day afterward. Felt like when I have to drive my wife's car, I get in and she has the seat pushed forward against the wheel and the seat back is staright up and down, ouch!
