I ordered my jets from jetsrus and everything seemed good until I received the slow/pilot jet... the slow jet i pulled out of my carb looks completely different! The one in my carb is longer, the one I received is shorter. Whats the deal??? maybe the previous owner swapped the slow jet out???

My jet looks like the N424-24.

The jet I ordered and received looks like the N424-25.

I have a 2001 Vulcan 750... the Kawasaki part number for the 2001 pilot jet is the same as the 1989 vn750.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!

The pilot jet is the 22 style. I've been going in circles trying to get mine, but I finally found a shop that could get them ordered. What you should have ordered was the N424-22-040.

How come everyone is ordering the sudco part#019-812?? Why is that even listed in the vulcan verses? So I take it, this part# needs to be changed in the vulcan verses right?

I didn't even check part #'s with the verses, I started hitting the local rocket shops with a handful of jets asking for the right sizes. The mains came easy but the pilots are harder to track down .... still waiting for one of the three shops I got them ordered at to call and tell me they're in, first call wins.
