I hardtailed the bike wich dropped it 3 or 4" had no problems at first but now my front end wobbles when turning at low speeds ie u turns or parking. Please help!
Sounds to me like your Trail is way off, lowering your rear that much will throw off your trail a bit, so as KM is suggesting, lower your front end too.
giveing the bike more rake will make your trail even worse... givng the bike less rake will help get rid of the wobble at the expence of high speed cornering.. your best bet is to drop the forks at least 2" to bring eveery thing back "CLOSE" to stock geometry.
