I don't believe such a thing exists. Most gaskets are still available individually, but if you need every gasket for an entire engine, it won't be cheap. The Vulcan 750 has been out of production for 14 years, a long time for a Japanese motorcycle. Some parts are no longer available, and prices are going up for those that are. I get my parts from www.cheapcycleparts.com but there are quite a few other places as well. Prices are pretty similar at all of them, but you might be able to find a better deal on shipping. As far as I know, there are no companies making aftermarket oem parts for the Vulcan 750. You can find used parts on eBay, but obviously that won't work for gaskets.
