I have found a few pics on here but they dont really show where the lines go,just where they come from. I know where the vent lines (Blue) go but i need to know about the red, yellow, and green(s). I believe the kawi diagram i posted has forgotten the line green line coming off the side of the other carb. I illustrated it with a red question mark. Can someone make this simple and just tell me which colors go where. If u can i will label the diagram and maybe get it posted in the verses. I bought this bike in parts so i have nothing to go off of.

i am assuming the red and yellow go to the tank and the greens are vacuum vents that dont go to anything, just an open piece of hose hooked to it.

The red and yellow are the fuel lines that go to the petcock. The green one you left unmarked also goes to the petcock. The line with a question mark is a vacuum line that connects to a part in front of the battery along with the larger lines to the cylinders. I'm not exactly sure what the part is called. I believe its a valve for regulating the pressure. I'll try to find the out exactly.

Where do the blue lines connect to? Please?
They are the vent tubes. Stock, they come off each carb, come to a tee, and continue to the right air filter. When the filters are removed for pod filters, the line is usually tucked under the tank in dead air (or on the nipple on the underside of the gas tank, that's where I've kept mine)

I strongly recommend on the nipple of the fuel sender. I had mine wire tied to the electrical harness under the tank, but with the surge tank removed it was not 'dead air'.

First off i want to thank you for the picture. It really helped me get mine back together. Now im having an issue with the carbs not getting fuel. The red line has fuel but the yellow does not. I just pulled the petcock apart and its as clean as a whistle. Any suggestions?

No fuel in the yellow line means the petcock diaphragm is not leaking. If the yellow line on the left carb ever gets fuel in it, replace the petcock diaphragm.

Fuel passing through the left vacuum line (yellow line) will end up in the oil, not good.
