You'll be lucky if the plastic fuel inlet comes out without breaking. They're just pressed into the carb, but the plastic is very brittle.

I've posted links a few times, try a search for 5/16" fuel inlet or fuel inlet elbow. Harley, Arctic Cat, and others use the same inlet. Edit: I looked at some of the posts but the links I checked are no good.

This is what you need if the plastic one breaks.

Would I have to remove the brass part that’s on the carb to replace it with the new one if I got the one you sent in the link? And do you know what hose I need to get for the vacuum on carb to petcock?

I'm not sure... Possibly someone broke a brass elbow off in the hole? The hole needs to be 5/16", maybe try inserting a 5/16 drill bit backwards and see if it fits.

Can you see if the brass piece has been broken? I'm not aware of the factory using a brass sleeve with the plastic inlets.

The vacuum hose is 1/4" id.

Is it a certain way the fuel inlet is supposed to be put on? And there’s two lines that go from petcock do you know if the longer line go on the rear carb inlet or does it go on the front carb inlet? Thank you for all your knowledge!!

I don't think it matters which hose is where.

What does matter is having the fuel lines running downward toward the carbs. Running nearly level is ok, but you don't want loops or bends that run uphill. It seems fairly easy to upset the gravity flow of fuel.

You probably will want the elbow pointing either forward or back, depending which carb. I'll try to check some pictures. You have a couple of days, I'll try to peek at my carbs too.

Edit.. You're welcome, I learned a lot about this bike on the forum.

Here's a pic on my bike, out of focus. Front of the bike is at the top.

The fuel hose to the left, next to the wiring harness, is for the front carb. The inlet elbow is pointing forward but up at a 45° angle. The fuel hose is running over the top of the carb, above the chrome diaphragm plate.

The hose for the rear carb is hard to see but has the elbow pointing rear, but up at 45°. This fuel hose is under the vent hoses and tee.
