The stock tire size (100) is about 3.75 inches wide. The 110 tire is about 4 to 4.25 inches and takes up just about all the available room with the fender in place.
A 120 tire is about 4.5 to 4.75 inches, and with the threaded portion of the fork, that the fender attaches to, being at the rim, the 120 size might have a chance of fitting with the fender removed, just not sure if it'd clear the fork seal area of the fork
