Hey guys. I explained my basic intentions in my introduction post, "hello from the swamps". But a little more detail here is warranted. Like I said previously, I'm planning on turning the bike into a chopper. To accomplish the look, I want to lengthen the fork tubes. I've learned that the fork tube diameter is 38mm in my research, but I am having issues finding longer fork tubes in that size. So I moved on to looking for front end swaps that I might be able to do and didn't find much. What do you guys suggest? Any good parts sites or swaps, tips tricks I should be aware of?

Somewhere here there's a thread about swapping forks, I thought they had a chart showing bikes with the same neck bearings.

Yes I have...it's just so expensive. I didn't want to mess with the rake any. I just wanted longer tubes. Unless I missed something, it doesn't seem as though they sell parts, just the whole kits.
