So I've gotten a 2001 through a trade and it came with no title at the dude I got it from also got if in a trade and never got it in his name therefore making me get a surety bond. So I mainly got a question of can I buy a frame and get the title and just throw my parts on it? If so is there anyone near sw Arkansas willing to sell one with a title?

Just apply for a "salvage title", and get a written receipt from him. Also, it would be good idea to check the VIN number of the bike to make sure it's never been stolen. You can do this anonymously, you know.
