So I've been told! Hey, I haven't agreed to buy anything yet, so if you want these, go for it.WHAT?! FAIR?! HELL NO! THAT'S A STEAL! 🤘 😎
It looks like you're missing a piece for the engine guard. There's a small metal rectangular piece that bolts onto the crash bar and the frame. Maybe it's still on the bike?I have a parts bike so forum members if you have small requests I can put in the box for you with the guard and backrest
I'd snatch it all up if I could spare the money right now. Just bought that Corbin seat though. If you split those up they might sell quicker. There had been several people looking for the engine guard here, but it's not riding season now.
Hey, just for future reference, could you let me know what you think when you get it installed? It should be longer.I'd snatch it all up if I could spare the money right now. Just bought that Corbin seat though.
I'll post a pic. It looks like it's gonna be a perfect fit. I have the standard backrest with the trunk and it looks like the seat screws right into it where the stock seat would.Hey, just for future reference, could you let me know what you think when you get it installed? It should be longer.
Oh yeah, it will fit like a glove, you should just have a bit more room in the seat. It's kinda new info to me that there's a longer seat that just bolts on. Wasn't known until Buddy put that up for sale.I'll post a pic. It looks like it's gonna be a perfect fit. I'm really looking forward to it. Seemed like a fantastic deal (thanks, Buddy!) and my seat is all jacked up so it's perfect. Previous owner had a rip, tried to repair and made it worse.Oh yeah, it will fit like a glove, you should just have a bit more room in the seat. Yep, I'm one of 'em. Already have the backrest but would love the guard. If you split those up they might sell quicker. There had been several people looking for the engine guard here, but it's not riding season now.
I recently acquired a 1988 vn750 that was last licensed in 2004 and spent the last ten years under a tarp outside. Rather than replace the broken and corroded parts with OEM parts I am decluttering what was considered cool 35 years ago with simplicity and technology.Yep, I'm one of 'em.
