Sorry I haven't responded yet. I don't have internet, and am not able to get on-line unless I am at work!! Go figure. Mine is the same as the other moocher :) that is trying to get an engine guard for his - a 2006 VN750.

well... reading the description it sounds like they are made to fit the vn750 so that answers one of my questions. :)

Yeah, it fits directly on the bike. Was made for it.

No idea on comparing it in size to the Kawasaki version...never seen one of those.

The Wingerliner one is wider than the mother kawi one, by about 2 inches i think.

I made my own custom highway bar, its wide and tall, made of Stainless Steel.

Cost me about $175 to make. But I am sure if i make any in the future, I can whip them out for about $120 each, depending on if it's stainless steel or not.
I made mine out of 1" SS, but can be made from the following:
1", 1-1/4", and 1-1/2", and possible 1-3/4"
Can be made from either CRS (cold roll steel), or from Stainless Steel (nicer but more expensive).

Must have at least 3 orders before I start.
Buyer pays for S&H.
