Not sure how available they are for sale, I’ve read posts of members (spockster) making their own blanks cutting metal plate to the profile of the valves and using gasket material.

Edit: 1/8" material is fine, there's very little pressure involved. Had trouble finding aluminum stock that was thick enough, the displays at Lowe's and Tractor Supply only have 1/8" material and Grainger wanted me to buy $50 worth. Finally stopped by a truck bed fabricator, they took my reed...

Didn’t someone just use the stock intake plate by cutting off the hose fitting and filling the hole left behind with epoxy/ or JB weld?
