will synthetic oil cause the clutch to not disengage. because mine as of now will disengage just fine cold but when it worms up it will walk while the clutch is disengaged. will going from standered to synthetic back to standered oil hurt the engine or clutch plates?

First I'd have to ask if you tried adjusting your clutch cable.

Then I'd have to ask specifically which oils you are using.

Then I have to make sure that when you say "disengage" you mean when the clutch lever is pulled IN.

If so. That means the plates are sticking, which is usually the opposite problem folks have reported using synthetic oil.

It is possible that the oil has caused your plates to stick. My advise not knowing anything more than what I got here is you should drain your oil, take your clutch apart and examine/clean or replace the clutch plates, and go back to the oil you were using before you had this problem.
