What is the issue? The wheel spinning? It's normal if it's in neutral and tire is off the ground, it just friction turning the wheel. Should be able to stop it with the rear brake.

Ok, but if you hit the rear brake, does the wheel stop or keep pulling?

Alright, then it does sound like the clutch isn't releasing when you pull the lever. Have you tried adjusting the cable?

just a reminder, the shaft that the lever attaches to must be in proper position before attaching the lever. it must be turned all the way one way (I forget which) before the lever is installed (while lining up the notch and line) or the clutch rod will never be able to reach the pressure plate to push it open
