At times, it may feel like they either won't come out or won't go back in. They will. It's like fitting a round peg into a square hole. Be sure that you drain as much of the gas as you can before you pull them. I got a face full of gasoline when mine finally "popped" out. So save yourself a trip to the ER and an eye infection of sorts and don't YANK on your carbs (oops). Keep a fire extinguisher handy (any time you are messing with fuel), make sure you have lots of room and everything you need, and have fun...
