I have a 1992 Vulcan 750 the carburetors have no fuel lines or vacuums going anywhere I can’t figure this out What goes where and the tank that I have on has no petcock

Start by checking EBay for a replacement petcock. There are plenty of posts regarding how to route the hoses once you get the petcock. You can also use a tw200 petcock and a "Y" or a "T" connection for the fuel hoses if one is easier to find..
