Well I got the bike all put back together, and sadly it isn't starting right now. It has a brand new petcock installed. Brand new fuel lines installed, and hooked up correctly. The carb has vacuum to it on both of them. Fuel is not going to the carbs though. If I dump fuel inside the carbs it will turn over with out a problem. Does anyone have any ideas on what could be causing this problem?

there are three ports on the petcock, the outside two are fuel, the inside one is vacuum. with the tank off the bike apply vacuum to the petcock... fuel should poor out. if it doesn't then the petcock was put back together wrong.

I do feel like an idiot right now. It was a simple fix. The vacuum line from the carb to the petcock I forgot to put on and then the vacuum line from the other carb to the vacuum canister by the battery forgot that one as well. Well now the bike runs perfect, and better than it did when I first got it.
