I’ve learned these bikes like AGM batteries the best. Judging by your post I think of a few possible scenarios. You say you’ve replaced the stator and the R/R, what’s the output numbers? You installed a radio/amp, what’s the wattage draw from those? I’ve read on here this bike has about 70w to spare if the system is left stock. If that’s all good and in check then it sounds like possible wiring.

And that 70w is at peak charging...cruising 55-and up. Stuck in stop and go traffic or idling at a stop light your pushing it at 40w.

If you have a new AGM battery (No Wet Cells!) I’d disconnect that amp for a week and see if you still have an issue.

I just looked up the radio spec and the peak power is 100w.so assuming this is more then likely my problem.

You can change every single bulb to LED and maybe you can fall into spec... maybe, but probably still pushing it. Point is some of that “extra juice” put out from the charging system needs to get back into the battery.

Computer?? I’m not sure what you mean there. You have to see what the output is while the bike is running. At idle the battery should be at least 12.5, when you rev the engine and hold it up around 3K or more the voltage should jump up to maybe 13.x or more maybe 14. If it does the stator and R/R are probably in good shape.
