Darn, so be it. Luckily the bike I'm about to pick up already has an OEM rack. Last OEM upgrade would be that engine guard. Wasn't able to find it for sale on ebay thus far.

Save your eBay search and check it every day, that's how I found a lot of items. I just used a general search for VN750 parts and viewed by 'newly listed', if you check it every day it's usually just one page to scan through.

Huh, that's a great idea. All this time using ebay I never thought to sort that way. Just found an OEM extended backrest. Already buying stuff before the bike is even in my hands...

When I'm looking for a specific part, I'll sort by lowest price and shipping. If I don't want to wait a month I filter for US only.
