Charlie, I've got the same mount for my Nuvi 500 and it may be some of the best money I've spent for a motorcycle accessory. Holds on to the the Nuvi like fat kid with a bag of Cheetos.

Ditto on that. I use one with my Nuvi 500 and it's rock solid and holds the GPS like it's in a vice. I've also used the same RAM mount to hold my flip camera when I've filmed my rides.
