DT, I may move Clyde to the bigger wood shed for the winter mos., when I won't be getting the mower out, nor the bike very often as I am a warm weather rider...lol... Gotta get goin as our bunch of old farts are riding today, up to Smithville Tn. I think, or maybe down around Guntersville Ala....??? Have a good one...Old Dog... |

How about a little heat and insulation for the winter months to keep the moisture out? I have a metal garage that sweats in the winter causing rust on my tools and bikes. My bro put up a plastic shed for his Triumph. Small, but he likes it. DT |

I have mine in an 8x10 tin shed with my tools. not much room to work on her, even checking the oil is kinda tough but it keeps her dry and out of the sun. old dog do you know whats worse than putting up a new tin shed........putting up a used one. guy in town used to park his harley in this but he had a big wood one built by the amish and said I could have this one. taking it down was worse than puttin it up. if you dont do it in the correct order it will all come crashing down on you. |

Well I will give my opinion and swear again, I will not put up another tin lizzy... They don't last long and are too tender, rust worms eat them, too dang agrivating to assemble, but at my age maybe this one will last long enough...lol... It is just a parking place out of the rain & UV rays for Clyde, if I didn't already have a good shed and was building one to last it would be wood, not the paper thin tin lizzy type... This tin lizzy is just on higher ground, and handier than my good old wood shed... PS-I can't post pictures...  ...Have a good one...Old Dog... |

| phurp | I am in an ongoing battle with the wife. she also wants a shed for my bikes to go in. She complains that they take up too much floor space in the garage. she says if the bikes were out in the shed, there would be no problem getting the mower, trimmer,flower and gardening stuff out of the besement. I say put the gardening and flower stuff in the shed and leave the bikes inside. besides, what do you want outside, $400 worth of stuff or $4000 worth if bikes. |

good for clyde. he needs a few things to keep him company while he is in the shed. the good thing is it will keep the mudd off when it rains like you said. wish i had room for mind in my shed. but atleast i have my son and his garage for the winter.
