Yep, think that was one of first things suggested by as Spockster to check back in his first thread on this.

I do know putting new stainless steel Teflon lined lines will improve brakng on any bike. I just keep selling my bikes off before their lines are old enough to to bother doing this....

ridgegilt Had the same issue. Clearing those tiny holes did the job for me as well.

Brakes are now Working Great!

After rebuilding the calipers, master brake cylinder and replacing the the brake lines the front brakes are working like a champ. Ok, I only rode up and down the driveway so we will see. They feel great. Thanks to those who suggested clearing the small hole in the master brake cylinder and repeating the fact that the brake lines were at fought. :

The bike isn't running 100 percent but that's another post.
