750Doug Nice!

The mods individually and the entire thing finished as a whole. Good job.

I agree with you too about filling the space at the rear of the seat. A nice LED tail light up in there would look pretty trick, but as was mentioned, if you're prone to things or people riding shotgun, it might not be a good idea...

Anyway, very nice job Gus, now go ride and enjoy!

Stan- they are from dennis kirk and are not DOT approved. I think they are plenty big though. They are just regular bulbs - that way i didn't have to mess with a new turn signal box. I'm thinking of moving the brake light to right behind the seat instead of just having the back of the seat showing. I think it would blend into the fender better then.
DOT doesnt matter in pa.... according to pa state law we dont need a signaling device on motorcycles.... and i was going to do the same tail light but i was going to high mount it right behind the seat ..... so i could cover up area where you can see the frame.. anywho when we going to meet up?? its starting to get warmer out and if the damn rain would go away it would be nice...

here is my tailight and signal setup that left signal has the bungee pulling it around making it crooked right now and this is how I covered the holes in the fender where the license plate light was,I just pinstriped the design on a bolt on reflector and painted it black and took off the tape when the paint dried,as for the license plate bracket I modified one off a cbr1000RR and mounted it over the stock taillight holes.Gosh that thing is nasty,I guess that is what I get for riding it ,huh?

think hard before you move it up close to the seat,I did and you really have to be careful when you start strapping stuff on your seat to no cover up your lights,The back end of my seat looks just like yours I just took the blacl plastic plugs that came in my handle bar ends and plugged the holes in the end of the frame,I wish I had mounted mi taillight a little farther back on the fender,I made a set of brackets from flat aluminum bar that I bought at the local hardware that attaches to the frame underneath the seat
