Kawasakiman My bike does wonders at 55-60 mph. Rides just fine at 4k RPM's. I don't have an issue with them.

Yay!

As long as I my bike shines and is able to cruise at 75 mph without any problems I dont mind the revs...

But she burns a lot of gas going that fast. Many here report getting about 120 miles per tank at 60-70 mph, before going to reserve. I suspect by doubling your speed, you might very well halve your range. JMHO
I get 135 miles to a tank and it is dry. I drive about 50-55 on my mountain so speeds are fairly close to that at all times. I ALWAYS have a passenger so that is two up from full brimmed tank to dry.

bordolover As a member who was verbally accosted by Wolfie in the past during one of his rants on who knows more about motorcycles than he does I can only write that I am relieved.

Lots of great members here who try to honestly help and provide experience and unbiased support for these aging bikes. No where else can you find the exact procedure to fix your ride...because if your bike is doing something odd I can guarantee you someone on this site has experienced it and knows how to get it fixed and back on the road.

I was on a long ride over the weekend outside of Denver and was actually wondering why Wolfie gets so worked up over things and attacks people who are sharing things on this forum.

Thanks to all on this site! Love this forum.
