dyllansant Done fitting the Pro One grips on my Vulcan750. I got a good deal from this shop— http://4wheelonline.com. The grips are chrome plated and they are very comfortable and easy to hold. Can't wait to test them on long rides.

GloryRider The previous owner of my bike had them, and sold them for $100!

I had to fashion a shifter linkage that was missing from the left side controls, but I just cut down, bent, and drilled my old shifter lever, and it's working great!

They're not in the best shape, rubber's dry rotting, and the billet has some scuffs etc., but hey, can't beat the price!

Where did you get those things? They're damn rare.

denny6006 I just replaced the rear shocks on mine, traded some prettywell raged out wheels for a set of new takeoffs and feel like I was on a new bike, while I was at it I did a retorque on the steering bearings I had replace last fall . I also did a re balance of the front tire. I still haven't changed back to the 130 front, I may wait till this one is worn a bit more. Did I mention I hate tire changing.

rsavant On Friday I gave Katie a thorough wash and wax. Put the original seat back on just to confirm that I like the Mustang seat better. Adjusted the rear shocks down one notch to see if it's a better ride. Ordered two oil filters and Moly 60 so I can lube her splines. I think we're to that point in our relationship now.

Now I just need a little time to ride. So busy all weekend I never even fired her up

I've been there and done that! I found that it hadn't seated all the way, so I didn't even need another o-ring. I re-seated it and it was good to go. I got lucky that the gasket didn't rip when I took it off the second time to fix it.
