VN750Rider/Jerry No gauges required in AZ either. Also no turn signals, and only one brake. And no inspections. But I wouldn't ride without a speedometer. Speeding tickets are one of the state's main sources of revenue.

In Texas you don't need any gauges. If you get caught speeding, that won't be an excuse though. Each state is different.
