wow cool you did it . i used a hack saw and tape . i wish the part that should keep the wind from the hands was just a bit taller by maybe 1.5 " - 2 "
the window maybe ugly as all hell but it is nice to have when you are going 100 and hit a big bug

|msswmprt||Not a carpenter. I like a coping saw though, because you can go very slow and exercise a lot of control over your cut. I've used a jig saw on plexiglas before, and it works, but things can go bad FAST! I don't own a dremel.|

|msswmprt||I cut two inches off mine as well, and am very satisfied with the results. Put 350 miles on it Sunday, most of it interstate, and buffeting was minimal, only took one bug in the face. I used a coping saw to cut it, a wood rasp to smooth and flatten the cut, and then a fine grit finishing sander to round and blend the edge. Looks like factory.|
