I tried the member map and being a computer illiterate found it difficult to use. I have tried to contact people from the member lists in the past only to find that they had moved on to other machines and had not killed thier member listing. Many entry listings are so incomplete that they don't even reflect where a person lives.

While I'm kind of down south in the state, I too would love to get together with some other forum members for a ride. So far the only group riding I've done has been at scooter rallies (motorscooter, not motorcycle), in fact I'm going to one in Tampa this weekend. Unfortunately my scooter is still in the shop (having trouble with an aftermarket 5 speed transmission), so I'll be taking my Honda Trail 110 to the rally (it's closer to a scooter than my vn750!). Should be fun anyway

When you are down in Lakes Wales, let us know. There are a couple of us not far that would love to meet up and go for a ride.
I am in Valrico, due West of Lake Wales just south of SR 60.
Look forward to it.

I Love This Site
Most of the time I am just a lurker but I do ride 12 months of the year as I spend my winters in Florida and summers in Ohio. In looking at the profiles and trying to find someone in my area all I see is blanks that are not filled in. Now that the site has reached 2K it would be great to find out how many members still have thier 750 or are even still involved in motorcycling. Is there any way that we can make the member list more current. Sorry for the long post just musing blah
