Where do you carry in your bikini?
Well, if you've often wondered if you can carry in your bikini bottoms, here's your answer.

to all you NJ gun owners.. You can get a CCW permit, they are expensive, and very time consuming.. after a couple of years, my brother just got his in the mail today.
also the no Hallow points is BS...

Had a friend who was also a truck driver; just a guy I knew from the CB, forget his handle, who I chawed with maybe once a month since we both pulled a lot of produce out of CA headed to the East coast. Anywhere he disappeared for over 2 years, I just thought he had changed to a company with a different route. Anyway 2+ years later he was back with a bad story.
Both of our companies rarely had their over the road drivers deliver to New York City, but his company sent him up for a direct delivery. Since he carried a 9mm and pistols were a big No No in NYC he broke the pistol down and locked it in his side box accessible only from outside the cab. A random D.O.T inspection found the pistol parts while verifing that he was carrying a fire extinguisher (required in big trucks).
Two years automatically, no probation.
Use common sense when carrying.
When I went to Canada I would stop and mail my pistol back home. Most truckstops close to the border offer mail service. Getting into Canada with a gun usually wasn't a problem but getting back into the US you had a serious random inspection process.
Prison deliveries (very rare) were simple, they give you a box to put anything that could be used as a weapon in, Pulp thermometers, tire thumpers, screwdrivers, knifes, pistols, even pot. No questions asked. But once they pulled you past that guard post into the sally gates for inspection they had no mercy, pulled everything including my books tossing them on the floor. When you left they handed you the box back, once again no questions.
When I ride if I'm traveling through SC to get to NC I leave the pistol at home. If I'm instead riding straight to NC I carry. Check laws in states you will ride through.

For the bike a Kel-Tec 380 with Buffalo Bore wadcutter ammo in the tank bag. Small enough to slip in the pocket (CCW) and inexpensive enough that I don't worry about scratching the finish. I really don't like the long trigger pull but it's not meant to be a target pistol and it's very easy to carry in the pocket.
Lugging a large pistol around sounds too much like work to me, especially since if ever really needed I'd prefer the other guy not realize I even have a weapon until after he is lying on the ground.
While I hope I will ever need it I have had guns pointed at me in anger three times (never a robbery attempt, just wrong place at the wrong time all three times) and I fully intend to never be in that situation again.
