Just wanting to confirm what you are saying here jc.

Are you saying the HL modulator will not work without the Vulcan RLU system?

OR is there a typo ("out" instead of "our") and you are saying the modulator won't work with our RLU system?

I am not sure which is true, but I thought there had been someone who had reported on installing a modulator quite a while ago.

Okiebezer Thanks Dariv. I had no idea, but tried to help. Now we'll both know.

dariv IIRC the RLU is located near the turn signal relay. Behind one of the battery side covers.

Okiebezer I'd guess the relay may be in the headlight housing.

Page 284 & 285 of the manual gives the circuit diagram and short description of what the reserve does.

Where is the Reserve Lighting Unit located on the Kawasaki Vulcan 750 (2003)?
