Wolfie ...yaaa...do medium, and go to an Army-Navy store and get a helmet liner (I like the fleece lined)...theyre comfy, and will make up for any excess room...ya wanna helmet to be fairly snug....

Deviate I would say medium too. My wife wears a small helmet, but she can wear a medium and be okay with it. That's what we did for a while until we could afford to get her a new one.

kc2dgq go with the medium...if I's not snug enough, they can always take off their shirt and wrap it around their head for a better fit

Spare helmet

I want to get a spare helmet for passengers. What is a good size? There won't be any dudes riding, so I was thinking a small or medium? Anybody have any suggestions?
