I agree. I had been told to put grease on my plam and push the bearing into it, but that looks a lot more effiecent.

I did do a little better job packing it in after the camera was off. It's hard to record some things properly because I need to press the button on the camera after I'm done and I don't want to do that with a handfull of grease.

Yup! That's how I do it. It ensures the grease is fully embedded throughout the entire inside of the bearing.

Yeah, it'd be a good idea to wire the swing arm to the frame so that doesn't happen. I'll make note of that in the video.
