AZ Kev Kimmerling - thanks for letting me know about your similar experiences. Makes me wonder how in the world people in Florida and such deal with that issue...?

And JM2001, I couldn't agree more : OldDog, you are a true fountain of moto-wisdom, and really need to find a publisher. I'd buy that book, I tell you whut! Lol : )

niterider I washed mine once, yeah just once, any ways I had trouble with the coil 12 volt wire connections. The water and the electric current biult up corrotion and atributed to a bad connection. I completly lost the front cylinder.

I live by Horizon high school but work down in Chandler. I'm home Sunday-Tuesdays if you ever need some help with anything. Never broken into the engine (Knock on wood) but can pretty much help with everything electrical +
