NetMatrix I bought a package of butt connectors that are also the heat shrink ones, and they have a fluid in them that seals them even better. I'm just going to have to get to the other end of things when I get home in a few weeks and go from there with it.

thtanner Your charging system will thank you for that. Those stator butt connectors cause problems for tons of people.

NetMatrix So I got my headlight working again, and come to find out is that if the 3 yellow wires corrode at the butt connectors things quit working lol.

I got it all fixed now, and those wires will never ever corrode ever again and sealed up tight.

Ok I'll have to give that a test here as soon as I finish my food. We will have to see what all happens, and I'll do another reply after I do that test.

NetMatrix It's still all original wiring and everything. I haven't converted the headlights to HID yet.

Any ideas on what the problem could be?
I would guess it's an HID / re-wiring issue.....

It had a really long void after my lower cam chain broke. Didn't have the money to fix it, and just finally got it completely fixed a few months ago. Went from 2010-few months ago basically with out a bike. It sucked with it being broke. Don't worry I'll get some more pictures going on here.
