mmart Search the forum, other folks who have moved the blinkers also have the locks moved. I barely use them to be honest, that’s simply because I live in the city and if someone wants my helmet it wouldn’t be hard to snip the strap. That was the main reason for getting the top box so I didn’t have to carry the helmet into the office.

xirnibor one of the most practical things on the moto are the helmet locks - it frustrates me sometimes that my cases are blocking them. sometimes i ride without the cases, sometimes i throw the helmet in the top case. sometimes i leave it on my tall headrest and dare someone to take it!!

Yep you have the relocation brackets, they’re normally on the handrails. Here’s the stock location.

Nice, I have that same windshield, i couldn’t tell from the pic, but are your rear signals moved to make room for those hard bags?

Here’s a pic when I upgraded my headlight bulb
You're right, the one odd screw out front is the horizontal adjustment. So just the two screws on the side to pull the light out. Then the trim ring must be attached from inside, don't even need to bother with that, and definitely not the adjuster..

All three if I recall. The one holds the trim ring, then the other two hold the reflector in the shell.

xirnibor So is it the actual bulb I turn to the 2 o'clock position for removal? Trying to figure this out. Thanks for the replies
