rear seat replacements

So previous owner did a bad job replacing OEM seat with a solo seat. It was just the seat forced to stay in place with the frame no springs or tray( horrible). I liked it so replaced it a bit ago with a full solo seat I had to cut and drill a bit to make the entire thing fit tray and all and not slide around. My question being anyone else have one of these? And what have you done for a rear seat or pad? Could I get some links or photos of end results? If you cut the rear end to go full bobber I'd like to see that also.
