Make sure the tube and the hole is clean, the steel/aluminum together creates corrosion.
Helps to add a dab of grease around the o-ring/tube, prevents corrosion and helps seal.

|Nitrospaz9||Thought it was seated properly. I tried it a few different times and even added an extra one at one point. Anyway I could of bent something in there so it doesn't seat properly?|

|calebj||Are you sure the o ring is fully seated? I had a time getting it to drop into the slot. Mine was pouring initially, but once I got it seated it stopped completely.|

Got a leak from where the coolant downpipe goes into the motor. Tried replacing the o-ring but it doesn't seem to work. As soon as I start her up and pours out. Hoping I didn't damage anything. Anyone have a clue what to do?
