|Paul Marshall||Thank you so much everyone! Those pictures actually help a decent amount! There is a hole for it on the other side and for sure leaks out when the vacuum is applied. Looking to find a replacement outlet today as it is the next limiting factor in my way. I also thought I had the fuel line routing figured out but now im not so sure and rechecking that all today!|

|One1||Im actually re-sealing mine right now thanks to the cold weather breaking the seal on the tank to the petcock. Here are some pics inside and out for you to review. I personally find it important to have the fuel flow from both or you will end up with possible further restriction from the way it flows internally only going out one side.|

|michiganteddybear||Or is the other outlet just missing? Directly opposite of the existing outlet is where the2nd one goes. See if there is a hole for it|

Looks like someone came up with that as a replacement.
The fuel outlet is larger than usual, you'll need a tee with two sizes, or do some creative clamping. It will work with a tee if you can get the size right, some people do that using a TW200 petcock to do away with the vacuum operation.
The outlets are a press-fit, just a tight fit pressed into the hole.
You don't have the original tank to get the petcock from?

Petcock missing an outlet?
Hey there everyone! I recently bought a Vulcan 750 in my area for $350 but with about nothing including. I had to order a battery, fuel tank, filter covers, fuse box, and still sure there will be more. However the fuel tank I ordered off eBay seems to have an incomplete petcock (and also no gas cap but that's another story) but I would like a second opinion.
From what I've seen of others petcock assembly they typically have two outlets, one for each carb it would seem. Could I make it work with just one outlet and a fuel line T? If i did I would imagine there is a performance difference? Also should the outlet be lose and able to come out?
